supposedly, the doctor has thirteen lives to spare and tennant is only the 10th doctor. i doubt that they would be able to kill off the doctor permanently. plus the money coming in from the doctor who series is ASTOUNDING! i always tell ppl to just check on youtube for clips. I tried checking and there are already a ton of them about the famous Rose/Doctor reunion.
I daresay the people working on the show know (though I don't know if they've finished filming the season... if not, they may not yet know either!) They are likely under nondisclosure contracts though!
Since David Tennant is signed on for the specials after the fourth season, I doubt the Doctor will die in this season. Who knows what may happen in the specials, though; nothing confirmed about his contract after that.
There is no video of season 4 except what the BBC is holding on to unaired, since it only starts in April. If you know someone who'll get that for you... well, they'll probably be fired and sued shortly. Though there will be a trailer shown on the BBC tomorrow -- it'll likely be more of a teaser than reveal anything plot-wise.
Don't know the answer to any of your question yet its to early to know anything like that we will just have to wait and see.
No the Doctor don't die
Well here is what we know for sure.
Donna will be leaving at the end of series 4 and the Doctor will not have a regular companion in the following Christmas special (probably another celebrity guest star instead).
There is no information on how the Doctor and Rose meet up again, but Martha and the Doctor will meet up during a Sontaran invasion of Earth while she is working for UNIT.
The Doctor will definitely not die or regenerate into the 11th Doctor at the end of series 4, since David Tennant is contracted to play the Doctor in the 2008 Christmas special and the three 2009 special episodes (which will fill the gap year until series 5 in 2010).
It is as yet unconfirmed whether Tennant will play the Doctor in series 5, but Tennant will only say he hasn't decided yet and some at the BBC (including head of drama Jane Tranter) seem to expect that he will stay on.
There is no information yet on who the Doctor's companion will be after the 2008 Christmas special, but I did see a rumour on one of the Doctor Who forums that Mickey Smith (who will return with Rose during series 4) will be travelling in the Tardis with the Doctor in the 2009 specials, but Rose won't be.
