There hasn't been an official announcement yet. Season 3 is set to premiere on September 15 and they'll want to have the S2 DVDs released by that point to help people catch up. Odds are that it will be released at some point in August. You can keep an eye on http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/ for info on new releases.
