I don't know! The purity in his voice, along with his vocal range and his connections to the songs is amazing!. And he deserves it the most considering everything he's been through with his vocal paralysis!. People keep saying that he sings the same songs every week, well then how come it doesn't have the same lyrics!? And people keep saying that he sings only ballads (which he doesn't), well David Cook only sings rock! It's just their style!. The only thing David Cook has against Archie is stage presence, and you don't need that on a CD, now do you!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
well in the start i thought David A!. is the most outstanding one, because he's just 17 and has a great voice, but he keeps singing the same genre of song week after week and I'm getting bored about that!. After that i switch to David C because he has originality, different choices of song and he's getting stronger each week!. It's just like taking a breath of fresh whenever he appairs on stage!. I think the misconception here is that people assume Cook fans hate Archuleta, & Archuleta fans hate Cook!. That's definitely NOT true!. People just prefer one person's style over another!. To me personally, I like David Cook a lot better!. But that doesn't mean David Archuleta is a bad singer, because he has an amazing voice!. This competition though isn't about who has the best voice, but the best talent!. That would mean: range, strength, versatility, charisma, originality, stage presence, personality!.
I hate it when Cook fans bash on little David!. But then again, I'm not being biased here, I noticed that it was the Archuleta fans who bashed on Cook first!. Ever since David Cook started to stand out from the crowd & became a threat to little David winning the competition (which everyone thought would happen), Archuleta fans kept insulting David Cook!. I think it was because they were afraid Cook would steal the competition away from little David!? Which would make sense, because the conflicts between the "Archies" & the "Cookies" started soon after Cook became a front-runner!. But I really wish everyone would stop hating on the David that they don't love!. That'd make this a much fairer competition!.
Oh, & the answer to your question!. I think it is because little David was so good in the beginning & couldn't really get any better!. He started off strong, so it was hard for him to show any improvement!. Cook, however, started kind of unnoticed, but slowly made his way through the crowd!. He improved every week, which is key!. also, he sang different songs from all kinds of genres while still maintaining his rock roots, making him appeal to more viewers!. You have to admit, people who don't listen to slow songs won't really favor little David!. David Cook hasn't done anything but get better within the weeks, while little David hasn't become any worse, but hasn't improved much, either!.

I have no idea! It has been bothering me too!. David Archuleta's voice is so much better than Cook's and he is so much more likeable!. He is so adorable you can't help but like him! I personally don't particularly care for David Cook's style- whether you're talking about music, voice, fashion, or hairstyles!. He's definitely talented, but as far as American Idol goes I think David A should win!. The hate for David Archuleta is caused by all of these people think he's getting all of the "teenie-bopper" votes!. He's 17 years old, what do you expect!? also, I think Cook fans are mad because he's the one standing in between David Cook and his precious title!. David Archuleta would appeal to a broader audience than David Cook would!. For example, I am not a big fan of the hard rockers, so I'm naturally going to like David Archuleta!. Honestly, I think Archuleta should win for the pure reason that his music would appeal to more people when he releases his album!. I think David Archuleta has a good chance of winning!. In my opinion, David Cook is the best!. David A!. has come a long way on the show!. He's shown a real confidence in his performance as the weeks went on!. He's got a fantastic voice and his stage presence has improve greatly!.

Umm because David A is annoying!. He is still doing that annoying shy crap everytime he is asked a question or the little girls scream for him!. He is way to predictible!. He does a ballad every single week no matter what the theme is!. He never tries anything that is risky!. He is just plain boring to watch and extremely annoying!.

I like Archuleta, but a lot of times I read what his fans write about him vs!. Cook and its always either cocky, rude or just stupid!. That drives me nuts!. it's ironic cos David Archuleta is so sweet and humble and if he read what some of his fans read about other contestants i dont think he'd like it at all!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think some of these others are mad that their favorite has been voted off, and so they think it is David A!.'s faught!. But, I think he has the most talent of all of them and I do believe he will be in the top 2!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
