He put a deposit on the house!. While he was trying to court Katie, the Realtor called and told him he needed to make up his mind one way or another!. He ended loosing the deposit because she didn't want to live in a home that she an jack planned on buying!.

Brad must have told the real estate agent that he no longer wanted the house!. It's probably still on the market knowing the housing market now a days and they'd still be able to move in it now that Brad has a daughter!. I don't know why half of the characters on that soap, GL and Y&R live in a hotel!. They make more than enough money to be able to afford their own place!. I guess it's cheaper to change one room around to make it look like several rooms rather than having each person have their own home!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
