Anyone know this classic kids show?!

A kids show where a curly headed boy together with his dog (a terrier) and a golden colored robot with a disc shaped body from which its head emerged are always followed by a man and woman who always wore in black!. The couple always rides in a black van with rotating antenna!. They also have a counterpart of the boy's robot but the thing is it is black!. Its not a cartoon!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
