I actually thought that Archuleta would win!. If he did, Cook would've become famous whether or not he won or lost!. BTW, I'm a Cook fan!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think its great!. Cook is the most versatile and the most creative with his song choices so him selling albums will not be a problem- and his abilities would be easy to work with!.
But coming in second place for Archuleta is also a great deal!. He is a talent and does have a great voice-but his capability to not sing a ballad just wasnt really shown on the show!. Besides the fact that his fans were basically all teenyboppers!.
Both of them would have been happy in either spot, they are both great talents but Cook deserved to win because he truly showed how many different songs he can perform well!. I mean who can sing Billie Jean( a different version of it) and make it sound as good as the original at that amateur stage-he could!. and think about it, at the finale do you think Cook could have sang the songs Archuleta sung!? (atleast most of them) Yes!.!. in his own version he could have!. However, could Archie keep up with Cook's difficult song choices(and fast paced)-probably not!.

I am a Cook fan, and I was completely surprised!. I think both are extremely talented, but I think David Cook had a huge career ahead of him no matter what!. I don't think David Archuleta has the capability of being as popular!. I really thought Archuleta was going to win, and I am completely surprised by the huge margin by which Cook won!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I am totally and completely ecstatic!!! No one deserved it more! And honestly it's the first time in years I truly felt the winner was the right choice! I absolutely LOVE everything about David Cook! With a voice like that, and his sweet, sincere personality, he is definitely going places! And he would have even if he hadn't won, but thankfully America finally got something right! I really wanted David A!. to win, but David C!. is an amazing talent!. He's a better performer than David A!., although, IMHO David A!. was the better vocalist!. America voted for their American Idol and they got a good one!. Congrats, David C!.

I AM SO HAPPY!!!!!! Archuleta is meant to be like as low as a Jonas Brother!. His fanbase was all girls!. HE WAS SO FEM IT BUGGED ME!!! And Cook had soooooo much more talent!. He sang consistently well in all the styles also!. SO YAY GO COOK!!

I was so happy when David Cook won!. He is the whole package! David A is an amazing singer but he doesn't have much pizazz and borders on boring if you listen to him too long!. David Cook on the other hand offers originality and looks right at home on the stage!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
