This all happened in the last episode of Season 3!.
Forman quit because he was afraid he was starting to become and look too much like House!.
Chase was fired by House because he yelled at House and Chase did that because House was supporting every Forman's idea of a diagnosis and didn't think that it was fair House to support everything Forman's doing only because House doesn't want Forman to leave!. House also fired Chase because he has learned enough and because "it is time for a change" is the official explanation!.
Cameron quit because she wanted to be with Chase!.
In Season 4, House is hiring a new team, Cuddy hires Forman back, Chase has became a surgeon and works as a surgeon in the same hospital and Cameron is working in the E!.R!. as chief doctor!. I really hope that there will be a Season 5 in which House will get his old team back!. Otherwise the show just won't be the same anymore! You'll see that in Season 4 he is turning the new-team-hiring-interview into a competitive game which looks like a reallity show!! But I don't really like his new team, that Indian guy or Thirteen either!Www@Enter-QA@Com

They are actually still around, just in smaller parts!. TI can't think if their names, but he girl works in the E!.R!., the English guy is still working in the hospital, the African-American doctor applies at another hospital, but ends up coming back!. You'll see them here and there throughout the season, but the focus will be on the new team!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
