In the US season 3 won't be released on DVD until 2 September and in the UK - 25 August, but from this site, it looks like the season 3 DVD is available in Australia already:

Season 4 only started filming on 2 July and it's due to begin airing in the US from 18 September!.
I'm outside the US too, but the new episodes should be available to watch online at http://www!.surfthechannel!.com/show/telev!.!.!.
a day or two after they have been aired in the US!.
I can't wait to see season 4 - it looks brilliant!!!
