Question: Are the illnesses in the series House MD completely fictional or do they actually exist!?

Great show! The illnesses are all real - you can look them up on any medical website!. But some of the treatments and amount of time that events happen in are dramatized to make the show more interesting and to fit in an hour's show!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
They do their home work!.!.!.!.If the show was just a spoof then the things they were saying could be fiction, however House is playing a real doctor and therefore they parakeet real diagnoses illness and diseases!.
However the people aren't actually sick!!! :)
