Well, he was on that phone (obviously not the one he left behind) constantly before he left!. I still don't understand why he he left his medicine, his phone and wallet (full of money)
If I was Neil I would have reminded him Victor left me in charge stand down!. Vikki and Nick both need to calm down and remember this is their dad he does do this all the time!. If I were Adam I would have found a better way to tell them rather than his arrogant way!.
He didn't say anything wrong except that he was in charge!. Neil is!. He should have had to go to the Board to make that decision!.
I understand its Mexico but it is still very unbelievable that they would give a six your old child a controlled substance for a stranger and what kind of idiot is Victor for even asking her!. He should have asked the bartender (who lets his six year old play on the floor of a bar and run these errands!.!.!.!.!.ahhh well)
I'm thinking it has something to do with meeting Walter or about David Chow!. Why would he need to fake her death!? Wouldn't it be interesting if it were Walter!? He could be saying he's going to pay back David Chow's debt, and then try to stick it to him!. I notice Nicholas brought that possibility up!. Who knows, someone could have called Vic and told him that is what would have to happen in order to keep his family safe!.

I think Victor is out for revenge and it could be a number of people he was talking to!. I think Sabrina is definetly dead, I mean!.!.!.!.her dead body sat in the hospital room for quite a while, we saw her!. Anyways, I think he is following along with the mob storyline and is seaking revenge on who is responisble for killing Sabrina!. I say he is meeting whoever is going to help him figure it out!.
