Question: For Buffy and/or Angel fans, would you want a Buffy or Angel movie!?
I wouldn't because I love the comic books and I felt that with the comics Buffy and Angel had less limitations in terms of script and what they were able to do!. also I heard Joss Whedon say that if the cast ever came together for films he would throw the comics out the window in terms of canon!. I really like the comics better than some of the seasons and also at the rate of possibilities of a televised or cinematic resurrection are slim and if it ever happens the actors will be too old and they won't want it!. Buffy the TV show was developed after Buffy the movie (which was not very good!)!. so that has been done!. But I loved Angel, I wish there had been more episodes!.I dont think a movie would work for it tho!. Like you said the comic books were better!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
No!. Buffy seriously tanked in the final seasons, and turned into the opposite of what it originally started as!. A show about empowering girls became a show about redeeming rapists and accepting that assault = love!. I wouldn't trust the writers not to mess up a movie!. They should have ended Buffy after Season 5!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I would like to see a movie!. I haven't read the comic books but so what if Whedon says they're no longer canon!? It won't change the entertainment value of the comic!. I do agree it will be hard to get all the actors together, but it always seemed like they enjoyed working together, so maybe they'd go for it!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

I was a HUGE fan of the show all 7 seasons, and I also watched Angel!.
I wouldn't think a Movie could do it justice!. I think it would bomb big time because all followers and fans watched both endings and I think they both ended well!.
I don't consider the 8th season (the comic book) to be a "REAL" season to the show!. It's sort of a spin off!. The show did end with Sunnydale going down!. No More Sunnydale!.
It'd be really hard to work from there to even create a base line for any sort of Buffy / Angel movie!. Plus, Joss did seperate Buffy & Angel when Angel got his own show!. It branched off too much to return to Sunny Dale and Buffy!.
