Jonathan dies in season 5, I believe!. He dies of heart failure!. Jor-El is the cause for this!. Lana dies originally as promised by Jor-El, but Clark begs for her life!. In place of her coming back, Jonathan dies!. :(
Lana's baby never existed, it was a faked pregnancy by Lex!.
Martha is in Washington, she took the place of Jonathan as senator!.
Ahh, that one I can't tell you!.
Hmm, they get back together after she leaves Lex and Lana finds out about Clark's powers!. She accepts it, and they get back together!. :)
