NO, he did not sleep w/Chloe, what happened is Chloe(Esther's daughter Kate) was involved sexually w/Cain's brother Billy(Jill's other son), and she left wherever they were to come to Genoa City to put the blame on Cain, so what she did was after he got intoxicated one night, she offered to drive him home to Lily's and she pretended that she had sex with him, when he came too, she told him and Lily that he took advantage of her while being drunk and had sex with her, so that's the whole drama with her and the baby issue, the reason why the DNA matches with his DNA is b/c he and Billy are brothers and the baby really is Billy's kid, wait to see Billy will be coming to Y&R soon as Amber's alledgedly bf Liam!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Chloe has been after Cane since day one!. She is very sneaky and tried to seduce Cane, but it didn't work, since he was madly in love with Lily!. So one evening, Cane had a friend from Australia coming over for visit, and they both got drunk at Indigo!. Chloe was there too, and faked a torned heel or something and she couldn't drive home!. So Cane, as a gentleman but "drunk", offered to drive her home since she couldn't walk and couldn't drive either!. In the car, they fell asleep, and while Cane was asleep, Chloe took off their clothes while she sat on him, and when he woke up he couldn't remember what happened!. Later he required a DNA test, and the result showed that Cane is the father!. So Lily quit him, and Cane married Chloe so that he could have rights on the baby!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

They didn't sleep together, he was plastered and she allowed him to sleep it off in her car, then she positioned herself on top of him so he would wake up and think something happened!.
