Answers:
First of all, in real life, photos are taken to record EVERY detail of a crime scene!. There is lots of evidence you can get from photos!.!.!. shoe prints, blood spatter patterns, the size and location of marks on the ground (this isn't shown a lot on CSI, but small paper ruler-like things are often put in the photos for scale, or to differentiate bullet casing A from bullet casing B), the location and position of various pieces of evidence, etc!. You can scan a bloody shoe print photo into a computer, and then use software to create a more accurate pattern of the sole of the shoe, and even cross-reference it with a certain brand or size!. Second of all, crime scene photos can be used as evidence in the court!. And, last but not least, if the crime scene techs or detectives feel the need to reconstruct the crime scene to figure out what angle someone was hit from or something like that, they can do so from the photos!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If it winds up in a courtroom, pictures help as evidence!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

do you mean take photos!?

for proof and evidence!. To look at later if the case is cold/old!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
