Question: How do I do a Herbert voice!? (from Family Guy)!?

i been told i do a great herbert impression, best tip is to to sound fairly high pitched, sound old and out of breath and on the s sounds if you cant do the whistle like me, just lisp it kinda, like swap s's for t-h soundsWww@Enter-QA@Com
I've tried and although I can get the high voice but that whistle noise he makes is hard for me to do!. "Herbert has a high effeminate voice and speaks with a whistle"
