Haha, I was thinking the exact same thing when I was watching ATWT this week!. It's set in Illinois, where it normally snows and gets cold, and they walk around with no jackets or anything!. I guess vests, sweaters, and sweatshirts count for something-but you would expect them to be a lot more bundled up!

I have noticed this for years!. They used to dress seasonally appropriate but not any more!. What I get a laugh out of too is these 'executive' woman wear dresses that look like they are more cocktail party appropriate than in the workplace!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
So funny you should mention that!! It has bothered me for years!! AMC and OLTL are supposed to be in PA, the winters are cold, AMC has beach scenes (not sure where a beach would be in PA but that's another thing!!)!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
