Got me! Sounds like a typo though unless she's doing it to herself in her head (like beating herself up over what happened)!. How about the woman that comes to Todd's cell shown in the previews!? What's her name, maybe she's Todd's defense attorney and they just got the names mixed up and ment to say Marty takes witness stand and get grilled by Todd's ex, whatever her name is!.

I bet you that she is dreaming that she is on the witness stand and that she is also the attorney grilling her, that is the only explanation I can think of, because Andrew is coming to town and is going to tell her all about her not so good side from her college days!.
