Answers: Yeah he is, they've been engaged for a while now.
People are saying they already got married and are having an official ceremony in March.

They are just too cute! I dunno. Its suddenly like a cool thing to do. He'd be like the third in the group in just over a year to marry. I really hope not because he's so hot! But then again I love him dearly, he's a real nice guy and I'd like to see him happy ^^
Sorry for being useless lol From what I've heard, he's engaged to be married with Jamia Nestor and they will probably get married after the Black Parade Tour (unlike Mickey Way who got married in May and taking some time off for his honeymoon, darn.) honestly who cares ... i hate MCR
