i dont know if its true, but you people are stupid... two idiotic 15 year olds can be engaged... an engagement is just a promise to get married and it is leagal for them to get married with parental permission or if they are emancipated. my cousin was married at 16 because her parents gave their consent. dont underestimate idiotic teenagers.
