Question: Is Mr!. Bean mentally challenged!?
Like from the T!.V!. shows and his movie!? It seems that way, he can only say yes or no on most of his works, and the way he acts!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Because often times, (even if I KNOW the actor is not really mentally challenged) I like to observe their character on a show and try to identify exactly what mentil illness they most likely have!.
There is one British comedy that I like to watch, and the main character most assuredly resembles one with extreme narsissistic personality disorder!.
She stands out in my mind the most, but there are others whom I feel I've "identified" the "issues" of the character that they play!.
As for Mr!. Bean's character, I don't know because I never really watch his stuff!.
But no doubt, he's an intelligent to person, because it often takes lots of intelligence to play such extreme roles!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

no he is married with two children the last time i checked, it's only his character!.
it was based on a character developed by Rowan Atkinson (the man who plays mr!.bean) at university as "a child in a grown man's body"!.

its the way he acts!.!.!.he is quite smart!.!.i seen him on a talk show and he is very astute!.!.he writes a lot if the material and even directs his own shows!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
