Those of us who were preteens and teens in the 80's adored her and still do!. That song is an anthem for all of us who are girls forever inside!.
Most of her songs touch us though, not just that one!. I also love the newer version she did of "Time After Time"!.

i grew up in the 80's so i love her, (no jokes about my old age)!. she really spoke to females of all ages with that song!. not sure if you are aware there is a movie with that song with sarah jessica parker and helen hunt!. you should check it out!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
