The first pic seems to be a fan art, but I'm just guessing. O.O Very nice picture.

Corrections: Hmmm, I still have doubts on the 1st picture. Well I did find some works done by this two artists but it is in Japanese T_T (but you can translate it by using google)

From what I gathered while doing that, the art seems to come from some sort of novel (just guessing here) called Knights of a steel rabbit. The content I not sure.

In the first picture, on the right side you see (C)Kou Maisaka and (C)Ben Itoh. I searched these two names and found this page:

I think it's a novel called something like Knights of the Steel Rabbit, if you translate that page using Google translator you see that Kou Maisaka and Ben Itoh are authors and that it's published by Enterbrain:

The second picture is Misasagi Inori from Memories Off. Memories Off is a game developed by KID as well as a short OVA with a few sequel OVAs.

Hopefully that made some sense. Basically the first one I don't think it's from anime, I searched in a few places so I think it's just a novel. The second picture is from a popular game called Memories Off that does have an OVA and a few sequels, since the there's sequels to the game too.
