Technically Wonder woman has a thing for batman.. Vicky Vale was just for the movie
Actually, Batman has had many love interests in the comics though Vicky was more interested in him than vice versa.
As for Wonder Woman, she was at one time interested in Steve Trevor but I think that was retconned out and changed that it was her mother who actually knew Steve Trevor when she was Wonder Woman. Diana has had a few, including this newest one that may be developing between her and Nemesis in her current run.
