Question: We don't know yet.Some people say no because they think Neji will be with Hinata so the blood stays pure.But,I don't think that's gonna happen.I hope Neji and TenTen end up together cuz they are my second favorite couple (SasuSaku is my number one!).They seem to get along well,they train together,they are on the same team...Neji cares about TenTen a lot (shippuuden episode 14) and she admires him and calls him a genius.So I think they'll get married one day.

No, Neji does not marry TenTen
Naruto is a Shonen manga, so there is tons of action but little substance. Saukra made it very clear she was in love with Sasuke (as did Ino and some other female ninja) but Sasuke is incapable of love. His future is uncertain, so there is little to no chance he will end up with anyone, let alone Sakura (I could be wrong, but I doubt it)
It seems Sakura has cooled off towards Sasuke as well, and seems to be leaning towards Naruto (maybe? Maybe not, there are little hints here and there, but nothing certain.)
Naruto still likes Sakura, but has his hands full right now so it doesn't really come up
Hinata is as shy as ever so she may end up being too shy for anything to develop between her and Naruto
Skikamaru does not seem to like Temari and Temari does not seem to like Shikamaru (in the manga) though it seemed they might end up together back during the Chuunin exams
Nejo doesn't seem to like anybody, and TenTen seems to like Neji, but nothing strong, just hints here and there
