It depends on your tastes!. I've been a Punisher fan for many, many years so I like both!. War Journal is set in the main Marvel Universe, it's got all kinds of superhero cameos and other goofy stuff!. MAX is set in the very real world, no superheros, no goofy ****!.
I'd like MAX because it's a no-holds-barred crime book!. I like War Journal because It's good to see Frank back in the 616 universe doing stuff he did in the '80s, '90s and early Ennis' books!.
If I had to choose I would say that MAX is the superior book, without a doubt!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
