darker than black (nice fighting scenes, really good but possibly confusing plot)

fullmetal alchemist

kyo kara maoh is pretty funny

inuyasha fits all three of your criteria, although I've heard it got too long and started dragging

bounen no xamdou has a little bit of romance, lots of interesting fighting too considering the main character transforms into a bio weapon of sorts lol
