Answers: hit him with a stick Hurl Limp Bizkit cd's at him. Smack him up side his nappy head. laugh, and ask where Britney was. Slap him. He owes me one after that crappy music he made. I never give losers money.... what I do to all the panhandlers I see on the corner, go to Mcdonalds, pick up an application, and then throw it at him and tell him to get a job. give him a dollar and ask "what happened to your career?" I'd call the police and get him taken away. He blew it. walk on by ask if he wants a cookie and if he says yeah i'll start laughing and singing "fred did it all for the cookie so you can take that nookie!" and run away without giving him the cookie! lol HAHAHAHAHAHA
Throw 3 cents at him and tell him he belonged there years ago. I would have to do something that would harm him physically somehow, maybe a roundhouse kick to the throat or throw a brick at his face...
