I love bread - generally with something on the bread. I love to eat as well and have done a great job of overeating the last 9 years or so as I added 400 pounds to become 620 pounds. So bring on the bread, but bring other good food with it. As i gained, I did not eat junk food. I ate a lot of food but good food.
