From E down to D, from A down to G, etc!.
That is called Drop D tuning!.
Some metal bands use Drop C, which sounds really heavy when played through distortion pedals!.
Other than that, all keys have the same tune!.!.!.It is Do Re Me Fa So La T Do!. That little tune is called a Major Scale, or Major Key!.
You can do it starting with D and it's Key of D!. Do it starting with C and it's Key of C!.
The guitar is tuned to a chord!. When you play all the strings open, it is a Minor 7!. The chord if tuned to E is Em7!. That is the way the standard tuning on a guitar is set up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
