Are you going to cover legal costs if your "friend" turns out to be someone with no sense of humour who calls the police and gets the pie-man charged with assault!?
Are you also willing to sign a contract committing yourself to cover any legal expenses and restitution claims made by your "friend" relating to a Small Claims Court case relating to the damage done to clothing and so on!?
Finally, it would take someone pretty stupid to dump and unknown substance obtained from a stranger on another stranger!. What's to stop you from making up the "gunge" from battery acid and indelible purple die!?
