I'm a Scorpio, born in the early morning hours of October 24th...a cusp question.?
I've always wondered if I should exhibit Libra characteristics since I was born right after the signs changed. Is it an all or nothing thing or is it a gradual blending of the signs on those dates? For what it's worth, I've always been told that I'm very much a Scorpio. Thanks for answering!

Your a Scorpio. I have the same birthday! I was born shortly after the sign change as well. (but not right after -- in fact Scorpio, depending on the time and location, can begin on Oct. 23)
What I have been told is: The earlier on in Scorpio you are born (the lesser the degrees), the more heightened the Scorpio traits. Your rising will depend on what time you were born (I have Scorpio rising). Also, your Mercury may very likely be in Scorpio, which will also add to your Scorpioness (if this is a even a word!). My Mercury is in Scorpio. If your Mercury happens to be in Libra (which I kind of doubt), you will exhibit some Libra traits, as well as the Scorpio traits.
Also, see the below paragraph. It is the Decan of Scorpio you are born under. You should have real strong Scorpio traits. (I got this from novareinna.com)
FIRST DECAN OF SCORPIO
A subject born within the First Decan (October 23 to October 31...also known as the Scorpio Decante of Scorpio) is rather typical of the above description, but generally somewhat slim of build and short to medium in terms of height.
