Can someone tell me what career i should take up?

i am a teen mom. I'm 19 and have two year old child. i am so confused. can someone predict what i should be doing with my life, career wise. oh yeah, I'm a babysitter right now.

Grocery clerk (union job)
Entry level position at a doctors office (i.e. optometrist--that's what I did and eventually trained as an optician)

some well paying jobs that require two years or less of training:
Xray Tech
Medical Asst
Pharmacy Asst
