I have sun and mercury in 1st house is this why i stress about how i look?

i spend alot of time getting ready or making sure i look my best just wondering if these aspects tend to graviate toward me doing this

I doubt it has anything to do with it. I have sun and mercury in my 1st house and all that outer appearance superficial stuff is pretty insignificant to me. It probably has more to do with your sign and other planets, or your childhood in-put or societies effect. Could you possibly be a Leo? They are pretty outer appearance conscious.
