I would say Taurus Moon,Cancer sun and Pisces rising.To elaborate a little,advanced books in astrology tell us that Sun represnts the soul of the person and Moon the mind.Thus if one's Sun and another's Moon are at the same palce,it would mean that one's soul is similar to the other's mind and if it is so for both,then they would be like soulmates.That may explain to you my preference for Taurus Moon and the Cancer Sun which are sextile to your respective Moon and Sun rather than the more preferred trine.Moreover even conventional astrology books describe Taurus and cancer to be an excellent relationship.About the preference for Pisces ascendant,i think no explanation is needed since the attraction between scorpio and pisces is very well known.
