well, here's my personal view!.
i'm a cancer with aries rising, so i'll try not to say cancer just because i am one!.
pisces is very dreamy and emotional, meaning they want you to be a part of it!. they fantasize about their lovers in a dream-like state all day, meaning they are romantic in dreamy way!.
cancer is very easilly hurt and depressed, and are romantic in a, "i'm so glad you're here with me" type of way!. cancer is very appreciative of their lovers, and love them deeply!.
but i'd say pisces is more romantic!. they're just dreamier than cancerians!. but both are highly romantic in different ways!.
but keep in mind, cancer is ruled by the moon, which governs emotions!. so cancer varies from being the touchiest, coldest, distant person ever, to being the most deep-feeling person you'll ever meet!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
