A Teacup, that way you would get more water out than you could with a bucket, although the teaspoon would get a little more water out it simply wouldn't be worth the time!.
Saying that if allowed to use all three I would use the bucket to remove most the water, the teacup to remove most the remainder and the teaspoon to remove the small amount left leaving only a couple of drops that would air dry :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
