How can I contact the Walt Disney Production team or corporation with ideas for films to be made? I feel like I have great ideas and I would like to help produc them. Should I get a patton on them first? How? Please help!!!

Production companies return unsolicited scripts unopened. They have to to prevent lawsuits so you cannot claim that they used your idea and didn't compensate you.
You will want to get a job at a company like that and then be compensated for your ideas.
You might want to do some research first though - as it is called a patent - not a patton. And you cannot patent intellectual property....but you can copyright it... Learn this before you go for it.
