If I had these whole bunch of pictures of models in cute fashion, and I wanted it to be in some sort of a magazine type of print, how would I do it? I mean, I saw some ppl make their independently owned and made magazines just for fun and stuff. Who am I suppose to turn to to put my pictures into a magazine book?
What I'm asking is HOW do I get the magazine, not WHERE I get all the photos and stuff. Is there a self-serve to make your own magazine?

If you want to create it yourself, check out www.lulu.com. They offer self-publishing mainly used by writers to create their own print on demand books but there are options for creating magazine-type works. Basically you compose the content (in, for example, MS Word) and upload to lulu. You can then buy as many copies as you want. I've used them myself and was satisfied with the prices and quality.
