arms: outside biceps curl: sitting or kneeling with back straight, hold a weight in each hand!. let elbows touch waist and inhale for 2 counts as you lift the weights; exhale for 5 counts as you lower them!. do 3 sets of 20
legs: rocket jump squat: stand w/feet wide apart, and lower into a squat!. then leap into the air, keeping abs tight!. and land with feet together, and slowly bend knees!. jump back to position a!. do 3 sets of 15
chest: total push-up
get into an upside down v pose keeping legs straight and head tucked, psh back toward heels and bend elbows like in a push up swoop headfirst, as; if crawling under a fence!. do 3 sets of 5!.
superwoman: lie on your stomack w/your arms out in font of you and head facing forward and lift everythin but your belly off the floor hold for a least 30 sec do 3 times
bridge: inhale as you lie w/your feet hip width apart, knees bent feet flat and arms at your side and raise hips and exhale!. lace fingers under hips squeeze your butt!. hold 1 to 2 min
