it is real!. I used to work for Invesco Field doing accounting for the concession booths after the football games!. I did get $20 in food coupons for during the game, and I would go to different booths, and order some food!. I would also write a report on their location!. The locations had all been assigned numbers, which were above each booth in the stadium!. I would rate the stand on their cleanliness, if the employee was clean and prompt!. If the employee was happy and smiling!. If the employee was pleasant or disturbing!. If the food was cold, or hot, or tasty or bad!. If the stand was organized or clearly a cluttered mess!. All these things were graded, and if they did well, I would tell the manager before I left their booth, otherwise, they never knew why I was there!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
urgh!!!! i have those at work!! I HATE it!!! It's so!.!.stupid!. Seriously who cares if you're not doing 100% of the crap that you have to do, customers hate it, trust me I know and it it pointless!. All the franchisee wants is for you to fill their bank, go home and do it again the next day for minimum wage, so why have the whole secret shopper thing on top!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
it's very real and I still do it from time to time!. Only down fall is you use your money running around buying things on assignment but the company does reimburse you plus you get to keep whatever you buy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
ive not been one but no someone that is one they go around shops and ask for help then they fill out a form and say for example if the service is good
