Is the new harry potter movie any good?

Sorry to say it, but in my opinion it was the worst movie yet. The start is very stoppy and starty, almost just a slideshow of clips. However, I did enjoy the ending.
The best character is Nigel (some random kid in the films, but not the books)
I'd give it 5/10 - worth watching.
