Here's a movie that closely resembles Maddie's disappearance. The movie was due in theaters in Europe but they're going to postpone it due to the similarities to Maddies case.
Starring Ben Affleck. It's release will be reduced to limited theaters in the U.S. as well. Enough already what ever any preconceptions anyone has of the parents remember this is a little girl we are talking about not some object Highly unlikely. For starters, it's WAY too soon to even think about making a movie about her story. There's still too much stuff we don't know. It needs an ending, like jammies300 answerers said.
Also, if it turns out that Maddie is dead, her story might NEVER fly as a movie. For example, take the Jon-Benet Ramsey case. That happened over 10 years ago, and even today a movie made about her case wouldn't do well. A new film with ben affleck called Gone Baby Gone has been said to resemble what happened to Maddie although it was made before, so they are postponing it. Personally I really dont think its the right time to make a film about what happened to maddie because, 1 its insensitive and 2 they dont know what happened to her at the present moment gone in 65 seconds perhaps..
