no one really won in freddy vs. jason - the kids kill them, but then of course both of them come back, and then the movie ends. i've heard that they're making another one, though, either freddy vs jason vs michael myers or freddy vs jason vs ash (evil dead).
and i think alien won in AVP

Haven't seen Alien, but Freddy wins in Freddy vs. Jason, as he winks at the end after his head is cut off, proving that he didn't really die.
I haven't seen "Freddy vs. Jason" yet, so I can't answer that one.
In "AVP", the queen is vanquished, and the Predators take their fallen warrior aboard. The last shot has a hybrid Predator/Alien chestburster emerging from the dead fighter, so the Predators could be fated for a major battle during their trip home. If they are in hibernation, they could end up infested if the hybrid can produce eggs. So, this could be what is called a Phyrric victory, a battle in which their losses might become as drastic as those of the Aliens.

Technically the Alien wins because it impregnates the Predator.
Well technically neither Jason or Freddy wins because the teenagers "kill" them both then at the end Jason comes out carrying Freddy's head who is still alive and winks at the camera
I don't know about AvP because I've never seen it.
