It's funny you mentioned John Candy, because he popped to mind with this question. 'The Great Outdoors' seems like the best movie for Thanksgiving in my book. Kind of a campy movie, feel good type of deal.
well this is a christmas movie but I love watching it on THanksgiving.

I forgot what it was called but its about four families(African-Americans, Whites, Hispanics, and Asians.) They all have different ways of celebrating Thanksgiving. And they all live on the corners of the same intersection. Its pretty funny

What's Cooking is the movie with 4 families celebrating Thanksgiving. One is Jewish, one is Korean (?), one is Black and I think the other is white. It's great. I felt sorry for the Korean wife who had to make two different meals.
