there was one on her neck. it was used to symbolize the last message will smith received from his daughter. in the helicopter she says daddy don't forget butterfly and then she proceed to make a butterfly with his hands. Will smith sees this as a sign from GOD and that Anna was sent there to retrieve the cure for the infected.
