Who knows the title of this experimental film?!
Question: I saw a part of an experimental film in the Hirshhorn museum of contemporary art(in DC), but I was being rushed so I didn't catch the title or artist.
There was this little girl in a white party dress, and she was celebrating her birthday party outside in the rain all by herself. There was a picnic table with balloons and cake and food and other party stuff getting soaked in the rain.
If you know the title and artist, I will GREATLY appreciate it, because I wanna see the whole film!
