I watched the trailer earlier today and was intrigued by it but not overwhelmed!. I having been hearing about this movie for a long time now and have always been interested becuase I think Baz Luhrmann is a wonderful unique talent in filmmaking, but this film looks obviously and completely different from anything he has every done!. I like it when filmmakers drastically alter their style of films, but it doesnt always work so I am skeptical but hopeful!.
I like both Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman but I am not crazy about wither one!. At one point I think both Russell Crowe and Heath Ledger were set to star in Jackman's role but both dropped out!. I would rather have seen either one of them in the role, but thats nothing against Jackman, I just think they would have been better!.
I dont think the trailer itself was very good!. It didnt get me excited to see the film, but it did show off the very impressive cinematography and potentially effective special effects of the bombing scenes!. The acting looked pretty good too!.
I'll have wait until I see some more and hear some more things about the film before I decide how excited I am about it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
