Answers:

I can not think of one film that is historically accurate!. Certainly the Hollywood films about WW-1 and WW-2 are highly inaccurate about the wars, as are a number of other war movies, and some non-war movies!.
"D-Day" has a number of inaccuracies, especially about General Eisenhower and Field Marshall Montgomery!.
"Battle of the Bulge" has a number of inaccuracies, especially about General Brady and General Patton!.
"Patton" has a number of gross inaccuracies!.
"Midway" has a number of inaccuracies!.
"Pearl Harbour" and "Torah, Torah" both about the Pearl Harbour attack are highly inaccurate!.
"To Hell and Back", about Audrey Murphy, the most decorated US soldier of WW-2 is inaccurate although it has a strong factually content!.
All the movies about the Vietnam War are highly inaccurate although some do give the "feeling" of the war!. None have given an accurate "origin" of the Second Indochina (Vietnam) War!.
"Killing Fields", about Cambodia, about the NYT newspaper correspondent, Sydney Schanberg, and his driver/interpreter, Dith Pran, is full of many inaccuracies!. The inaccuracies are both both omission and by interpretation!. --- I was a journalist in Cambodia and Thailand at the time and I know the people involved!.
"Comeback", about the Australian journalist, John Everingham, based in Laos during the Vietnam War and shortly afterwards who rescued his "wife" from Laos in 1977, has a number of inaccuracies!. --- Again, I knew John and his four (4) wives!.
Even some of the Australian produced films, such as "Gallipolli" and "Breaker Morant" have a lot of 'artistic licence' being used!.
The British films about 'Douglas Bader'!. the fighter pilot who lost his leg prior to WW-2 and went on to become a fighter ace has a lot of poetic licence, as does"Battle of Britain"!.
Edit: I like the answer by 'Ponda'!. Schindlers List is extremely accurate with a small amount of "poetic licence"!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
