-he's probably up behind her with a pool-stick, showing her how to shoot a COMBO...
-I took a LOUISVILLE SLUGGER to both headlights
-he's probably dabbing on 3 dollars worth of that BATHROOM POLO

2. Louisville Slugger= a famous brand of a baseball batt
3. Bathroom Polo= Some clubs have amenities in the bathroom like deodorant, hairbrushes, mouthwash, and cologne/perfume so that you can freshen up when you go to the restroom. She is referring to him buying some cologne (Ralph Lauren's Polo) to smell good for the girl he's cheating on her with.
