Okay sorry, but can i be honest? You guys were out of time with the piano and with each other, and were a little off pitch, but this isn't too hard to fix.
You could take singing lessons, but what I'd say to do for the moment is control your breathing with your muscles in your stomach and back, and try to produce a full supported sound from your diaphragm.
Also, SMILE when you're singing! This raises your soft palette, and prevents a nasaly unattractive tone. Warmups are important too! These are just some of the techniques of singing that you can pick up with vocal lessons.
Also be confident, and with time, practice and experience, when you guys get used to singing with each other and with the piano, you should get a better feel for the timing and tempo of the song as well.
